Decent tools, minor shipping delay

I ordered a JRL Ghost Trimmer and some Fade Precision Blades. The products themselves are high quality, no doubt about it. The trimmer feels solid and the blades are sharp, just what I needed for precision work. However, shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 8 days to reach me in Vancouver. It wasn't a huge delay, but it felt a little slow compared to other online stores I use. Everything arrived safely though, well-packaged. Overall, good value for the price, but they could probably improve on the delivery speed.

Yeah, they're legit. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from here, including the FreshFade 2020T, and everything's been genuine JRL. Comes in all the proper packaging.

Mine got here in about 3 business days, I'm in Vancouver though so could be a bit longer for Toronto. But yeah, usually pretty quick for me.

Yeah, I ordered some blades last month and they showed up super fast, like 2-3 days max. I'm in Ottawa, so Toronto should be similar. Depends on when you order I guess.

Oh man, JRL is way better for fading, in my opinion. Lighter and sharper than Wahl, and the battery life is solid. I switched from Andis and haven't looked back.

I've used all three. JRL has a really smooth cut and great motor. Wahl is good, but JRL feels more premium. Andis is also solid, but I find JRL easier for bulk removal and fading. It's subjective though!

For sure, they usually do something around Black Friday. I got my 2020C during one of their holiday sales a couple years back, saved like 30 bucks.
